Meine visualisierte Perspektive als Coach
Coaching bedeutet, mit Menschen intensiv zusammen zu arbeiten, sie zu verstehen und zu begleiten. Dabei entstehen Interaktionen, aber auch Visualisierungen. Menschen sind facettenreich, individuell und streben nach Anerkennung und Respekt.
In meinen Werken spiegel ich die Persönlichkeiten und Visionen meiner Klientinnen wider, die ich als Coach wahrnehme. Individualität, Facettenreichtum, Stolz, Trauer, Wehmut und vieles mehr.
Es gibt noch die andere Perspektive: die der Klientin. Als Coach identifiziere ich mit meiner Klientin ihre Emotionen und Wünsche. Dabei arbeite ich mit Bildern, die die Klientin mit ihren Emotionen assoziiert. So entsteht für eine Emotion ein "visualisiertes Symbol": Das können Tiere sein oder abstrakte Muster. Dieses persönliche Symbol kann ich im Auftrag meiner Klientin auf die Leinwand bringen. Das Bild kann beim Betrachten unterstützen, um u. a. persönliche Ziele zu erreichen. Diese Macht der Bilder ist wissenschaftlich belegt.
